Laying Down Your Burdens
Returning to the Holy, Whole, and Healed Self
There comes a moment when the weight you have carried is no longer meant to be held.
When the stories woven into your bones—the ache, the longing, the questions that never found an answer—are not yours to bear alone.
Your heart, when tended to, has the capacity to take it all in, to breathe out love, to alchemize even the heaviest of grief into something holy. But it cannot do this when it is clenched tight around the past, around the wounds that have not been given the grace of release.
So what would it mean to lay it down?
To place the heaviness upon the altar, not in abandonment, but in devotion?
To trust that your healing is not something to chase, but something already held within you, waiting for space to emerge?
This is the path of the Holy, Whole, and Healed Woman.
Not one who is untouched by sorrow, but one who has learned to transmute it into grace.
Not one who bypasses pain, but one who walks with it as an ally, not a captor.
If you are feeling this call—if something in you knows it is time to let go of what no longer belongs—there is space for you.
A breath.
A moment.
A return to the Holy, Whole and Healed self within.
With Grace, Naomi Amaya Love
