Each ceremony opens with grounding and prayer, consecrating the space and welcoming the well ancestors and guardians who protect and guide the work. The session then unfolds as a journey—sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful—always attuned to what serves your healing.
We close with integration, weaving the shifts into your body and life, so the work continues long after you leave.
