What to Expect
Each session is a consecrated journey where your body, heart, and spirit are welcomed as temple. You are received into a sacred field prepared with prayer, smoke, and blessing. From the moment you enter, the space is alive with presence, inviting you to soften and rest into the experience.
The journey may unfold through sacred smoke and anointing, the resonance of rattles, drums, or chimes, or the gentle vibration of song and prayer. Breath may guide you deeper, energy may be cleared, stories may rise and release. Your body may be held with trauma-informed elemental touch, offered with care and reverence, honoring both tenderness and strength.
For women, the work may include womb and breast massage, tending to the feminine temple with devotion and respect. Every step of the way, you are gently checked in with, so that you remain safe, present, and sovereign in the process.
This is a place where the many parts of your being are welcomed home, cocooned in the holy field, and attuned to the frequency of wholeness. As the session completes, you may feel resourced, illuminated, and aligned in the remembrance of your own holiness.
